We’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced food manufacturing site in Lincoln. You'll be working with high-spec kit, keeping production lines running and solving problems before they escalate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.

* Responding to breakdowns fast, minimising downtime.

* Working across manufacturing, packaging, and production machinery.

* Keeping things safe, compliant, and audit-ready.

* Logging issues and suggesting improvements — we value your input.

What We’re After:

* Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering (electrical bias ideal).

* Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.

* Confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.

* A hands-on, proactive attitude – someone who spots issues before they become problems.
