Property Finance Manager. OUR CLIENT are a market leading Estate Agency who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their property finance team. The role will be reporting to the Director of Property Accounts.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Property Finance Manager will include:

Maintaining and reconciling all the payments accounts.
Reviewing balance of all bank accounts, to ensure that no accounts have overdrawn balances.
Processing of faster payment and supplier BACS payments.
Supervising the Banking and Finance Administrators.
Liaising with the Bank Relationship Manager.
Processing of the monthly payroll for this team.
Monthly reconciliation of the invoice block and control of the debtor account.
Reconciliations and moving of client's payroll VAT to their company bank account or notional account.

THE PERSON and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS for the Property Finance Manager:

A proven track record in property accounting ideally within the block property management field.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Highly organised.
