Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Customer Services candidates for a number of Contact Centre - Customer Services roles working on a hybrid basis for a great local business based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the Customer Service - Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service at all times, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, web chat etc.
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex - hybrid working
Customer Service duties:
Answer customer calls and handle queries
Respond to customer emails and live web chat
Provide a high level customer service at all times
Handle customer complaintsSkills & Experience:
Must have previous experience of customer service, ideally working within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment
Good communication skills
