Managing customer queries
Managing a team with a mix of Field Service Engineers as well as administrative support teams
Scheduling and delegating the workload of Field Service Engineers
Coordinating and managing team resources
Helping your team remain motivated to achieve both individual and team related goals

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience carrying out a similar role, scheduling/planning engineers’ diaries/planning work on site, liaising with customers etc
Previous experience supervising/managing a team
IT Literate
Ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and able to build lasting relationships
