About the Role:

Lead a team of algorithm developers typically using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
Collaborate with the systems teams to understand how the algorithms will be used, and with the software team to appreciate how they will be implemented.
Be responsible for defining the toolchain and process for ensuring integrity through to the final product. 
About You:

Experience leading teams of highly qualified and technical individuals.
Experience in software development, mathematical modelling and analysis, as well as numerical simulation (MATLAB, Simulink and Python preferred).
A commitment to quality as well as various regulations and procedures to ensure it.

Role: Algorithms Team Lead
Salary: Circa £65,000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Bristol OR Stevenage (Relocation Package Available)
Primarily On-Site Due to Workload Classification 
Skills:
Algorithm development, modelling and simulation, MATLAB, SIMULINK, team leadership.
