Technical Support Officer Responsibilities-
Offer technical support and troubleshooting for electrical circuit protection products.
Guide customers on product selection, installation procedures, and operational concerns.
Work closely with engineering and sales teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges.
Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations for both clients and internal teams.
Manage technical support inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring prompt resolution.
Keep informed about industry trends, product advancements, and new technologies.
Technical Support Officer Requirements-
Previous experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on circuit protection ( requirement)
In-depth knowledge of electrical principles and product functionality.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Expertise in using technical support tools and relevant software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Technical certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or similar fields ( or equivalent)
Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role (desirable).
