About the Role
This is more than just a land acquisition role — it’s a chance to shape communities and influence major development decisions. Reporting to the Land & Partnerships Director, you’ll lead on sourcing land, structuring deals, and building relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and landowners. Ideal for a Land Manager who enjoys strategy, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and progress strategic land and partnership opportunities

Lead bid submissions and take ownership of negotiation and legal agreements

Engage with local councils, registered providers, and private stakeholders

*

Support and mentor junior colleagues within the land function

*

Align acquisition strategy with wider business objectives

What We’re Looking For

A proven Land Manager or land acquisition professional with housebuilding or development experience

Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

*

Confident handling legal agreements and planning processes

*

Collaborative, strategic, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
