Job Description

Reporting to the head of Aveva PDMS and Aveva E3D CAD Administration group, within the "Project Execution Systems" department, you will be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of Aveva PDMS and E3D and their associated modules: Your administrator dutycovers allservices necessary foroptimal usage of PDMS and E3D by disciplines, subsidiaries and partnersas part oftheir projects.

After an integration/training period inside department, you will have to:

§Define and implement 3D CAD procedures with discipline leaders

§Provide support and advices to users

§Define software and hardware needs, evaluation and implementation of new tools

§Define PDMS and E3D specifications in line with project requirements

§Write PDMS and E3D user procedures in the frame of required projects

§Participate in monitoring the actions of other PDMS and E3D administrators on projects

§Develop and implement macros / new features in PDMS and E3D for disciplines

§Interface with IT teams for the architecture supporting PDMS and E3D

§Monitor systems, analyse their performances and follow up incidents with the software editor

Qualifications

General Science Master Degree or University equivalent (Bac+5) with ideally a first successful experience in engineering design office company and an ability to manage team.You have a strong interest in IT discipline by the implementation of AVEVA software and particularly PDMS or E3D.

As your role is to convert the expectations of disciplines, subsidiaries and partners, you should demonstrate enthusiasm, responsiveness, diplomacy, thoroughness and speak English fluently.

Security clearance:

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
