Compliance Officer (£25-£26k DOE) Cardiff/hybrid

Hoop Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Compliance Officer to play a critical role in supporting the Education Division. The Compliance Officer should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Duties will include but not be limited to:

● Manage all compliance requirements for the Education division within the business with a proactive, customer services based approach

● Proactively call candidates, referees, consultants to ensure we gather compliance as quickly and efficiently as possible within legislative guidelines

● Manage all external client compliance requirements and ensure accuracy of documents ● Manage compliance for all existing candidates working within the team ● Manage all incoming compliance queries that come in over the phone as well as over email

with a customer centric approach ● Work collaboratively with the team and the business area you will support to ensure mutual

goals are achieved

Person Specification: ● Excellent attention to detail ● Excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders ● Commercial acumen and experience in a commercial role will be essential as this role is to

support the business growth ● Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management ● Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously ● Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
