Location: Ruislip
Salary: £25,500 + Two-Yearly Shared Company Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home)

Role Overview: As a Graduate Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a candidate who is client-centric, analytical, and highly organised. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Include:

Planning and scheduling project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
Supporting client communication, responding to queries, and managing expectations
Conducting research and analysis to support project decisions
Managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with prize procurement, preparation, and dispatch
Maintaining meticulous records and providing regular project updates
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Identifying and solving project issues proactively

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Recent graduate with a minimum of six months of administrative or project support experience
Strong client servicing skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results
Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous learning
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients effectively
