Position: Stock Auditor
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (DOE)
Basis: Permanent
As a stock auditor, you will be travelling within Great Britain, conducting external stock checks and identifying any discrepancies. When you are not out on the road, you will be based in an office in the heart of Letchworth Garden City, where your working hours will be 08:30am – 17:00pm. Due to the nature of the role, you will be provided with a company car and any potential overnight stays will be covered.
This is a brand new position, working within the healthcare industry for an exciting, innovative company. For this role, you will need to hold strong computer proficiency as utilising VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables in Excel will be a part of your daily routine. An eagerness to join a fast-paced team where you will take ownership of conducting audits and maintaining accurate reports is also essential.
Main Duties as a Stock Auditor:
- Execute external and internal cycle counts
- Contribute to customer orders processing
- Maintain accurate stock records and rotations
- Manage contingent inventory obsolescence
- Execute Returns of Excess and expired stock
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation
- Working in line with ISO requirements
- Travel within Great Britain (external stock checks on site)
- Consignment agreement management
Skills needed as a Stock Auditor:
- Strong time management and organisational capabilities
- Possess a logical and analytical approach
- Good attention to detail
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience using JD Edwards Software desired
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
