What you'll be doing;
Support the Maintenance and Shift Teams with Health and Safety matters and use the Safe Systems of Work effectively to ensure safety of all personnel, contractors and visitors at all times.
Ensure all electrical, instrumentation and control equipment are maintained so that we are compliant with all aspects of the site Environmental Permit
Carry out maintenance work on all the sites DCS and associated PLC's control systems, analogue and digital instrumentation and protection systems.
Fault finding of DCS, PLC and electrical systems
Ensure ECI compliance and manage statutory activities like fixed wire testing and HV maintenance, PAT testing and calibrations
Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance work is completed and updated within the CMMS.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and produce clear, concise reports.
Provide effective training and monitoring of other staff to ensure personnel are competent to undertake their duties
Provide effective administration and application of safe systems of work and Health and Safety policies
To be aware of and work within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management

What we're looking for;
Experience in EC&I maintenance in heavy industrial process environments, such as: Waste to Energy, Power Station, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine Engineering
Practical knowledge of modern control and instrumentation systems
Suitable Engineering qualification
Computer literacy
Can-do attitude
Multi-skilled technicians preferred
