I am looking for someone to lead my client’s earthworks delivery, client management and growth across the UK.
You are likely to currently be an established and successful operational leader at either number 1 or number 2 position in a business already.
The salary and package are negotiable but I have been asked to speak to candidates already on or close to six figure salary/packages and we can negotiate something that works going forward.
This contractor is part of a group with a turnover of more than £150 m. The earthworks business presents a significant proportion of this.
They have also had a 70% increase in pre tax profit which illustrates their performance.
We would like to find someone who can play a key role in this continued success story.
The ideal candidate will be working as an Operations Manager or Director in the bulk earthworks sector and will be able to demonstrate a stable and successful track record in terms of delivery, development and business improvement.
This contractor operates nationwide and has office in London/The South East, Midlands and South West so you could be based in any of these locations.
