Job Title: Specialist Cleaning Operative (Commercial Setting)

Hourly Rate: £17.00ph (Umbrella Rate)
Job Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor / Facilities Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Specialist Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across commercial spaces. This role involves specialized cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning and maintenance in offices, restrooms, and other commercial spaces.
Carry out floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and high-touch surfaces.
Remove waste and ensure proper disposal of recycling.
Follow health & safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
Monitor and report cleaning supply levels.Qualifications:

Experience in specialist cleaning in commercial settings.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable Skills:

Experience with advanced cleaning equipment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning certifications (e.g., COSHH).Working Conditions:
