Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £29,000

Our client, a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP) known for its excellent company culture and commitment to employee development, is seeking a talented 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer.

This role offers exceptional training opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse range of technologies. As the first point of contact for customer issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a variety of IT issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to address complex issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
