What you’ll be doing

You will develop into a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant as quickly as possible. In that role, you will work with your own portfolio of clients to fulfil their hiring needs whilst consistently adding to that portfolio through consistent business development.

Your days will consist variously of sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, visiting clients, building a social media presence, coordinating your clients’ hiring processes and winning new clients.

To get up and running, you will go through a rigorous programme of training and learning on the job. The first few months will be tough – but the rewards will be worth it.

About you

* Outgoing and sociable.

* Driven by a desire to be the best at everything you do.

* Good communication skills (written and verbal).

* A willingness to go above and beyond in order to get the job done.

* The opportunity to earn achieve a significant income quickly (expect to earn between £40,000 and £50,000 in your first year).
