Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday - Hybrid working will be offered

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation? Our client, an innovative company specialising in pensions, are seeking a talented Operations Analyst to join their team.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient research and finding process for customers. You will have the opportunity to work independently, managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end pension finding process
Regularly communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress
Conduct independent research
Conduct outbound calls to providers and employers
Accurately record and communicate information
Provide feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
Proficiency in administration is desirable.
