This exciting role covers Marketing, PR, Events, Graphic Design, and Communications. You'll work with national and independent retailers, drive impactful campaigns, plan dynamic events, and shape the brand's communication strategies. 

Key Responsibilities

Implement marketing calendar aligned with product launches, retailer partnerships, and seasonal promotions.
Partner with retailers to create and execute marketing plans, securing digital, in-store, and social media opportunities.
Provide marketing support to independent retailers and Brand Ambassadors; manage creative assets and bi-monthly newsletters.
Design custom digital assets (web banners, social posts, brand pages) using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
Track and analyze marketing performance; generate monthly reports to inform strategy and growth.
Assist PR team with media monitoring and distributing content to key press contacts.
Write compelling copy for blogs, websites, and press releases, ensuring brand tone consistency.
Enhance internal communications via newsletters and plan company events like quarterly socials.
Organise and manage logistics for trade and consumer shows.
Oversee budget management to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.  What You'll Bring:

At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing and/or PR role, ideally in retail or B2C environments.
Proficiency in Graphic Design, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
Excellent copywriting skills and a natural communicator with strong organisational abilities.
Analytical and commercially savvy, with a talent for managing budgets.
A passionate and committed attitude, eager to grow and develop in a collaborative team environment.
