A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking a confident and capable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London (Islington) office.

Known for their collaborative culture and long-standing client relationships, this consultancy has enjoyed continued success and is now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-profile projects across multiple sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a client-facing role that will see the Senior Quantity Surveyor taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion. You will be acting as both Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor on a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes ranging from £1m to £45m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage pre and post contract duties, provide strategic cost advice, lead meetings, and support junior team members. There is a clear path to Associate for the right individual who can demonstrate leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering excellence.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

You will ideally have:

A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Strong pre and post-contract duties
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience working across a mix of sectors is highly desirableIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
