Job Title: Asset Investment Manager
Location: Northampton
We are looking for an experienced Asset Investment Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering a key annual asset investment programme. The successful candidate will oversee the management of contracts, performance, and budgets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to deliver asset investment projects, ensuring customer needs are prioritized.
Oversee the management of contracts and ensure compliance across asset and estate management services.
Drive performance improvement and provide leadership to ensure effective delivery of investment programmes.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet local demand and provide cost-effective solutions.
Manage the budget for the investment programme, ensuring financial control and identifying variances.

Essential Skills:

Experience in asset investment, project management, and contract delivery.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and service delivery improvements.
Strong knowledge of the housing sector, building construction, and property maintenance.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Desirable:

Qualification in project management or related field.
Experience with multi-site service management and stakeholder engagement.
