Teaching Assistant- Primary School - Witham - Starting January 2025

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in the Witham area starting in January 2025. This will be on a full time basis.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

* Location - Witham Area
* Position - Teaching Assistant
* Type of work - Teaching Assistant Primary
* Contract or position start date - ASAP
* Duration / Likely Duration - ASAP start
* Contract type - Temporary/Permanent
* Full time/part time - Full time
* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £80 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 15:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience of working in a support role in primary schools
* GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
