Electronics Engineer - £40,000 - £50,000 pa – North/East Yorkshire

An established electronics R&D company based in North Yorkshire are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their team designing & manufacturing leading measurement instruments.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

PCB design & schematic capture
Component selection, circuit simulation
Electronics test, fault finding & prototyping
Improvement of current design processes
New product development and existing technology improvements
Mechanical CAD designKey Skills/Requirements:

HND/HNC/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
PCB design & layout
Schematic capture
Microcontrollers & Peripherals
Analogue & Digital circuit design & simulation
Design for EMC
Electronics test & prototyping
Good understanding of electro-mechanical systemsAny mix of the following is nice to have:

Embedded Software (Embedded C/C++)
Microcontrollers & Peripherals
Experience in the marine/naval sector
Mechanical design (SolidWorks)
Hazardous environments (ATEX etc.)
OrCAD/AllegroBenefits:
