Sustainability and Environment Manager

Location: North London 
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sustainability and Environment Manager to lead our environmental and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, driving sustainability improvements, and managing energy and carbon reduction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to a more sustainable future within our organization.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability regulations and legislation.
Proven experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.
A track record of successfully delivering sustainability and environmental projects.
Measure and monitor, the company’s energy consumption and carbon footprint scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
Knowledge of sustainability practices within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful sustainability insights.

Qualifications:

Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant professional certifications in environmental or energy management (desirable).
Over 3 years experience within the Sustainability Sector.
