Electrical Procument Engineer Mechniacal Procument Engineer
Responsiblity
* Resposnible for end to end procument, including tendering, sourcing and supplier contract managament
* Identify and put into effect thr measure by analysising the necessary risks and opportunities for reducing the Total Cost Ownership (TCO)
* Analyse suppliers and subcontrcator offers and interpret the most appropriate purchasing goal,
* Carry out negotionations with suppliers, coordinate the local contract with the project manager, to obtain approve for contracts from the main office contracts with procument departments
* Deliver on time th orders of materials needed by th econstruction site with making sure the material must be quality approved
* Coordinate and execute logistics and import process with head office procument department
* Continually track th esupply market, keeping abreast the development,trendd, risks and opportunities leading the continual engagement with existing and potential suppliers and ahead of external marketing factors.
* Clicking the warehouse activities consumable, good reciepts,transfer
* Prepare related procument reports/presentation
Qualifications
Batchelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechinical Engineering or Procument
Mimium 5 year experience
Prefable with Knowldge of UK market
3-5 Years avaliable for right candiates
