TEAM LEADER - VACANCY

Temp to Perm contract available, for:

Team Leader

Days: 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday (40 hours)

Rate: £12.59 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, £18.88 per hour

Area: OL9 (Chadderton)

Duties:

Leading a team of 10 production operatives.

Working on a fast-paced production line.

Working to tight deadlines.

Making sure the line is running efficiently.

Trouble shooting.

Machine operating/minding.

Responsible for associated paperwork.

Monitoring time and attendance of workers, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Leading and motivating your team.

Criteria:

We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of working in a similar environment.

Excellent time and attendance.

Great communication/leadership skills.
