My client is currently seeking two skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Workers specialising in thin gauge aluminium, steel, and titanium to join their team.

Responsibilities:

* Read and understand technical drawings and instructions to fabricate sheet metal products with precision.

* Set up and operate fabricating machines and hand tools to cut, bend, and straighten metal materials.

* Shape sheet metal over anvils, blocks, or custom forms, ensuring accurate dimensions and smooth finishes.

* Support the training of new employees or less experienced team members as required.

* Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety procedures.

* Participate in audits performed by external parties, engage in internal audits and process improvement programs.

Skills and Experience:

* Proficiency in using shrinkers, stretchers, straighteners, English wheels, and rollers to create part profiles.

* Strong understanding of metal behaviour during forming.

* Experience working with titanium, steel, and aluminium.

* Panel beating skills.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.

* Familiarity with first off inspection procedures.
