Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality fit-out projects in London My client is looking for a talented individual to lead and drive excellence on commercial office fit-out projects in the City with values ranging £1m to £25m.

As Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-construction to handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities: Leading high-profile fit-out projects across London Managing client relationships and key stakeholders Overseeing project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency Driving commercial performance and risk management Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met

What my client is looking For: Proven experience as a Project Director in the fit-out sector Strong leadership and communication skills A track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects in London Ability to manage budgets and project financials effectively Experience working with blue-chip clients on high end projects.
