Maintenance Engineer

Our client is seeking seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible Multiskilled with an Electrical Bias and will be overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facilities and equipment.

Duties
- Ideally must be multi-skilled with an electrical bias.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Welding tasks as needed
- Maintain a working manufacturing unit

Requirements

* Must have a relevant engineering qualification

* Electrical: 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, PLC & fault finding

* Mechanical: Bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, couplings, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding

* Candidate to have good skills in fault finding/identification & rectification

* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

* Experience in a production/manufacturing environment

* Ability to maintain various systems and equipment

* Proficiency in interpreting schematics and logic controllers

* Ideally must be multi-skilled with an electrical bias

* Fluent in English

* Must drive due to location

* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
