Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you experienced in International Road Freight Operations and seeking an exciting opportunity with a growing freight forwarder? This role might be perfect for you!

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Road Freight Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing Road Freight operations, including both import and export consignments.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing EU Road Freight operations from start to finish, including bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
Managing groupage and relevant documentation.
Creating job files and preparing all necessary operational paperwork.
Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth invoicing at agreed rates.
Collaborating with the sales team to assist with quotations and provide service information.

Requirements

Proven experience in road freight operations.
Knowledge of EU import and export processes is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills.
