Gleeson seek a 3PL Business Development Manager to join their client in the West Midlands, This role calls for an adept individual experienced in Management and growth of key accounts across the business.
Job Title: Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager
Main Focus : Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and build relationships with potential clients; maintain satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Align sales strategies with operational goals and develop pipelines to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored 3PL solutions that meet client needs.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Monitor sales performance, analyse KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure contracts meet legal standards and mitigate partnership risks.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in a 3PL Business
