BDS are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Manager to work over a site based in Oldham OL8.

You will be working across a patch of bungalows so we are looking ideally for a driver with access to a vehicle.

This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.

We are looking for someone ideally from a housing background with experience around working with voids, tenancies, lettings and older adults.

Hours- between 25 per week- Monday – Friday 5 hours per day, flexible on the start times

4- 6 months contract but could extend following this

Pay - Between £17.17ph PAYE or £21.42ph UMB

The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.

Other duties will include but not limited too;

* Daily welfare checks with the residents

* Signposting information

* Maintenance reporting

* Health & Safety checks
