Our client is looking for a friendly, dynamic team member to join their team on a temporary contract as membership support coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing customer service to members as a first point of call for telephone and email enquires.
Research and address enquiries, direct to relevant team members.
Manage voice mails and in boxes and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Record and update member administration to the CRM portal.
Aid members and colleagues in the use of Microsoft Dynamics.What's in it for you:

Offering Up to £13 per hour, an ongoing contract with the potential to progress to a permenant contract.
Working from home- this position is completely remote however someone from the Southampton area would be ideal due to work social events.
Laptop provided.
