Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join one of their clients based in Dudley, DY4.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with sheet metal and various power tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Perform MIG welding

* Working with mild steel

* Assemble and fabricate components according to engineering specifications and drawings.

* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete welding tasks.

* Conduct quality inspections of welds and finished products to ensure adherence to standards.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any welding-related issues.

* Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting equipment malfunctions as needed.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm

Friday 7am - 1:30

Total 39hrs per week

Salary start on £13 per hour , increasing to £14 pr hour
