Role: Inspector

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £12.50 - £14.82 per hour

Full time 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Performs quality control inspections
checks, and tests during the manufacture of products.
Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production.
Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.Experience & Skills

Needs to have Mitutoyo CMM experience
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and related experience and able to show proven capabilities of related experience.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under immediate supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.You will report into a supervisor.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Full BPSS* Screening (*Baseline Personnel Security Standard), including proof of Legal Right to Work, Criminal Records Check, i.e. UK DBS and Drugs Screening.
