Qualified Social Worker - Bolton Council, Greater Manchester - Community Mental Health Team CMHT

Must be at least 2 years post qualified with experience in community mental health or hospital discharge (mental health). Experience of working on duty would be advantageous.

For initial 3 month contract to be reviewed. Must be able to start in a timely period.

3x SW's require for South CMHT & 2x SW's required for North CMHT
