Your Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing existing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Generating new business leads and expanding our customer base.
* Providing exceptional customer service daily.

* Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management.
* Strong Lead Generation and Communication abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
* Top-notch negotiation and problem-solving skills.
