Salary Range: £46,464 per annum, rising to £50,512 per annum (includes base salary and market enhanced payment), plus a £1,000 one-off welcome payment* (Pay Increase pending)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Children's Senior Practitioner to join our 0-25 Disability Service team. In this role, you will lead on complex cases, mentor junior staff, and ensure top-tier social work practice in supporting children and young adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex cases involving children and young adults with disabilities.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Conduct thorough assessments and manage risks effectively.
Foster relationship-based practice to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
Stay updated with the latest social work practices and legislation.About You:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
At least 2 years of post-qualification social work experience.
Advanced knowledge of social work practice in disability services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft IT packages.
Full UK Driving Licence and regular access to a vehicle.
Team-Specific Skills:
Ability to complete comprehensive assessments and manage risks.
Experience in relationship-based practice.What We Offer:
