Landex represents the interests of land based Colleges and the industries they served during a period of continuous change and development, helping them to achieve excellence.
We are now looking for a Relationship Manager to join us and work jointly with Lantra and Landex on a full-time basis for a one year fixed term contract.

The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain links with training providers, colleges and universities to ensure the effective delivery of land-based apprenticeships.
You will focus on stakeholder satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and delivering tailored support and exceptional customer service.
Acting as the key point of contact for training providers, you will proactively manage accounts, listen to stakeholder needs and address concerns to enhance their overall experience.
You will conduct thorough market research and sector analysis to identify trends, preferences and opportunities, using this insight to collaborate with internal teams and ensure that client requirements are met effectively.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet stakeholder demands and retain existing clients
- Proactively approach potential customers to expand stakeholder networks
- Support high-quality administrative and customer service operations across the partnership
About You
To be considered as a Relationship Manager, you will need:
- Experience in customer service, apprenticeships, further education, sales, account management or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and sector trends to identify opportunities/risks and make informed suggestions
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
