Tradewind are looking for experienced and committed individuals to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. Supporting SEN pupils in mainstream primary schools. We have part time, full time and adhock roles.

We are currently recruiting in the following areas:

Hackney, Camden and Islington

Outline of the role:

Help to provide support for the class teacher
Ensuring children are engaged
Helping with behaviour management
Building and maintaining relationships with pupils
Setting up for the day aheadWhat we look for in you:

Ability to manage behaviour of pupils

Strong regard for pupil safety and well being

Caring, patient and understandingExperience preferred but not desired.
