The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to present an exciting opportunity, our established client seeks an Area Sales Manager working within their Glasgow region. Working for a leading and established company, this is a perfect position if you possess a passion for sales and a flair for building strong client relationships.

This role has the option to work from home and from the office.

A typical working week will consist of meeting with existing and new customers four-days a week - one day a week completing and catching up with administration tasks.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Area Sales Manager:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within their industry.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and promotional activities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Manage and expand the client portfolio by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.

The Package:

£25,000 Starting Basic + Bonus.

Company Car - Mobile Phone - Company Credit Card - Laptop.

Monday to Friday hours!

8:00am - 5:30pm - One-hour Lunch.
