Are you a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with a passion for the insurance industry, specifically London Market General Insurance? Langley James IT Recruitment is seeking a talented professional to join a dynamic Software House specialising in insurance applications.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. We're looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
Possesses a strong background in software development or analysis.
Is highly organised and results-oriented.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proficient in SQL, report builder tools (e.g., Crystal, MS Report Builder), and project management methodologies.
Can translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has a deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle.
Can configure software applications to meet client requirements.
