Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Stourport – on - Severn West Midlands
Salary: £50,960 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Days

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:

* Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents

* Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home

* Mentor, train, and support staff members

* Ensure adherence to CQC guidelines and standards

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:

* Active NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

* Previous deputy management experience within a nursing home setting
