Job Description:

We are seeking fully ticketed and reliable Groundworkers for an ongoing project in St Austell. This role offers an immediate start with typical working hours from 07:30 to 17:00, and the option to work weekends if desired. We offer highly competitive rates of pay for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various groundwork tasks including drainage, foundations, concreting, and site preparation.
Precisely lay paving, kerbs, and block work.
Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and dumpers (with required certification).
Assist with site setup, setting out, and levelling.
Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card.
Full certification and tickets for operating relevant machinery (e.g., CPCS or NPORS).
Demonstrated experience in groundwork roles.
Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
