What You'll Do:
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Installations Team on diverse projects.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers and schedulers to plan site visits.
System Management: Utilize customer portals as directed and ensure stock levels with the Stores team.
Versatile Support: Assist the team and occasionally support Service Engineers outside your designated area.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and team meetings, and identify personal development needs.What We're Looking For:
Expertise: Solid understanding of Fire and Security Systems with at least 2 years of installation experience.
Technical Skills: Strong background in the electrical/electronic industry and knowledge of industry standards.
Customer Focus: Experience in front-line customer interaction and the ability to commission multi-disciplined systems.
Independence: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with professionalism.
