Salary: £24,000+ basic | Uncapped OTE – £50,000+
Hours:

* Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

* Alternate Saturdays and Sundays

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.

* Showcasing and demonstrating vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.

* Conducting test drives and providing expert advice.

* Negotiating and closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business success.

What We’re Looking For:

* 1-2 years of experience in a automotive sales role.

* A full UK driving licence

* A proactive and motivated mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* A results-driven attitude with a passion for hitting sales targets.
