Job Summary

Duties

* Design, install, and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

* Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment.

* Repair and replace faulty components as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop efficient solutions for refrigeration challenges.

* Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.

* Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members during projects.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Skills

* Minimum of NVQ2 AND F-GAS required with a strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on refrigeration systems

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to refrigeration equipment.

* CO2 Experience preferred ( not essential )

* Full UK Driving License

* Ability to effectively maintain and build refrigeration units, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

* Competence in equipment repair, with a keen eye for detail
