Senior Operations Manager

Trevett Services are working with a National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an Senior Operations Manager to work in West Middlesex.

This is a full time, permanent role in addition to a car allowance and a great benefits package.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Operations Manager.

* Reporting to the Contract Manager

* To facilitate Hard FM activities

* Undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract with respect to planned/ reactive maintenance and minor project work.

* To be responsible for all operational staff, budgets and performance of sub-contractors within this work stream.

* To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.

* To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets and compliance.

Experience required:

* Will hold a relevant qualification in a Hard FM related subject, ideally with membership of a professional institution and/or management qualifications (ILM, BIFM, etc.)

* Must have experience of managing staff in Hard FM in a healthcare environment

* Will have specialist knowledge of processes and procedures within mechanical and electrical disciplines
