A market-leading, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying practice in Birmingham is looking for a client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in high-profile residential projects, playing a key role in both project delivery and team growth.

Working from their modern Birmingham office 2-3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home the remainder of the time, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and provide expert guidance on both traditional and design & build schemes.

This role is ideal for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for an opportunity with clear progression to an Associate role in a highly client-facing capacity. With opportunities to lead, grow, and manage a team, this position offers the chance to make a real impact within a reputable and forward-thinking consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or actively working towards APC
Varied sector experience is ideal
Previous experience within a consultancy environment
Employers' Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirableWhat's on offer?
