The Role:
As a Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, working closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Support in the management of stock, including receiving deliveries and proper storage of ingredients.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
