Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic sales team! ?

Location: Lewes

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid working after 6 months)

Salary: Up to £26K DOE

? Our client, a leading company in their industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their sales department in achieving business goals and maintaining excellent customer relationships. ? As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:

Compiling and analysing sales data, generating reports, and providing timely insights to the sales team
Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Managing sales and customer databases, updating records, and ensuring data accuracy
Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events, including travel arrangements and logistics
Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns? Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team? Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
